Canopi introduces the corporate to participating lender organizations on the marketplace. Canopi drives the onboarding process as well as the utilization of the program limits by directly engaging with vendors and dealers.

Suppliers who are registered as vendors with large Corporates can get their invoices discounted and get upfront payment. The underwriting is based on cash flows and the discounting is not backed by a collateral. Canopi needs to have control over the payment account of the Supplier.

MSME units with sales to overseas buyers can avail post shipment credit on the online export finance portal. The MSME must have completed orders from buyers and be ready to ship goods on high seas. At sight of the shipping documents, Canopi will get the MSME exporter upto 90% payment of the shipment value. When the buyer completes payment on due date, the charges are deducted and the net amount is paid to the MSME.
